The City of Winnipeg has commissioned Hilderman Thomas Frank Cram Landscape Architecture to develop a Strategic Renewal and Action Plan to identify both short and long term implementation strategies for the Kilcona Park/Habrourview Recreation Complex in the city’s northeast corner. Bike to the Future is participating in this process as part of a stakeholders advisory group.
A website has been developed to serve as a forum for broader public input, and provide periodic updates on progress
