There’s so much biking to do this weekend, how will you ever do it all?
Easy: two wheels at a time!
Isn’t it a great summer weekend when you have “too many” Bike Events to choose from? Well, this weekend you can get flowery, artsy and a little environmental all in the span of two days.
On Saturday, July 15, Bike Winnipeg is hosting a Bike Garden Tour, meeting in Kildonan Park (by the playground in front of the pool) at 10:00 am. More info and tickets here.
On Sunday, July 16, you can start the day with an Art Ride, discovering public art in south Winnipeg! We will meet beside St. Vital duck pond warm up facilities. From here we’ll explore several artworks during this 20km art ride. More details here.
Then zoom zoom over to the Selkirk Bell Tower in the corner of Selkirk and Powers at 1pm on Sunday, July 16, for Bike For the Future NorthWest Edition. This is a wonderful, family friendly ride, so bring everyone down and let’s explore the Bike Infrastructure of the Wild Wild (Winnipeg North)West. More info here.
We love seeing you on these group rides, so make sure to say hi to your Fearless Bike Ride Leader and tell them how much you love knowing what bike events are happening all over the city!
