This event will start at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights with a few words from Rob’s family and all are welcome to attend. From there, we will ride as a group to the site where Rob Jenner was killed, at the corner of Wellington Crescent and Cockburn Ave to install a memorial Ghost Bike.

If you would like to ride with us, please bring your own bicycle. If you do not wish to ride, you can still meet at CMHR for the beginning of the ride to pay respects to Rob’s family.

You may arrive anytime after 5:15 PM. Land Acknowledgement and speeches will start around 6:00 PM and we hope to be on the road by 6:20 PM. Once the Ghost Bike installation is complete, we will marshal cyclists back to the Forks in safety. You do not have to ride back, but this is an option available to anyone interested.

You may bring a flower to adorn the ghost bike as you pay your respects at the site of the crash.
